how to book your appointment
For the quickest access to current appointment availability, I recommend booking your physiotherapy appointment online.
Alternatively, you can phone 0478 221 601 and leave a message. I may be with patients and unable to answer immediately, however I will return your call as soon as possible.

Privately funded appointments
All private appointments are eligible for health fund rebates. Most major health funds will qualify for on the spot claims through our Tyrohealth system.
You have the option to book either 30min, 45min or 60min appointments. Please consider booking extra time if you have more than 1 area needing treatment, or have a complex condition.

GP chronic condition management plan
These appointments are a Medicare-supported referral that allows eligible patients with chronic or complex conditions to access subsidised allied health services, such as physiotherapy. You will require a referral from your Doctor to initiate a medicare rebate on your appointment fee. Eligible patients may receive up to 5 subsidised treatments (up to 10 for Aboriginal or Torres Straight Islander patients).
You have the option to book either 30min, 45min or 60min appointments. Please consider booking extra time if you have more than 1 area needing treatment, or have a complex condition.
$60 GAP payment 30min consult

$165 GAP payment 60min consult
Full fee payment is required at the time of consultation. We can lodge your Medicare claim instantly, with rebates generally returned to your bank account within 1–2 business days.
Workcover
WorkCover QLD may fund assessment and treatment of work-related injuries. You will require a valid WorkCover medical certificate from your GP as well as a WorkCover claim number. Once your claim is approved by WorkCover QLD, you will have access to 5 initial physiotherapy treatment sessions.
We will invoice WorkCover Queensland directly for your treatment.
If your claim is not yet approved, private payment will be required.
DVA
The Department of Veteran Affairs will fund assessment and treatment for eligible veterans.
Gold card holders will require a yearly referral from their Doctor.
White card holders require a new referral from their Doctor every 12 treatment sessions.
